The improvement for the
features of the
spherical roller bearing
Spherical roller
bearing is the most important component on the conveyor roller, with the
development of the bearing industry, we had gradually discovered the possibilities
for the improvement of the spherical roller bearing in its features.
1. It would
increase the lifetime of the spherical roller bearing extremely if the wear
resistance of it could be strengthened. If we use the macromolecule material
such as copper which has a better machinery property to make the spherical
roller bearing, the lubrication level of it would have an essential
improvement, and could reduce the damage of the spherical roller bearing to the
minimum.
2. The weight of
the spherical roller bearing which is made of the macromolecule material is
half compared with other conveyor bearings, thus to improve the inertia when
the spherical roller bearing is rotating, so to reduce
the friction between the spherical roller bearing and the conveyor roller.
3. We may make the
spherical roller bearing more tightened and sealed, this could efficiently
prevent sundries from entering the inside of the spherical roller bearing, such
as dust, gas and dirty liquid, once the sundries have entered the spherical
roller bearing, that would damage it. So the manufacturers must enhance the
production precision of the spherical roller bearing.
4. The feature of
anti-corrosion of the spherical roller bearing must be enhanced. In the same
sealed environment, the product with excellent feature of anti-corrosion could
exceed five times than the common one.
