Clean and assemble the site environment, and make cylinder head dust cover to ensure the cleanliness of diesel engine assembly.
3, reasonable selection and filling of lubricating oil, and ensure cleanliness.
4 ?correct use and maintenance of engine bearings. The engine bearings after repair, should first turn off the fuel switch before initial start-up, start with machine drives the engine idling several times, when the engine oil pressure gauge is displayed before opening the fuel switch, and the throttle in low speed, start the engine operation observation; idle time can not exceed 5min; running the engine in the new period and after overhaul, ban long time soared sharply reduced and high-speed working condition in the engine load; the end of the full working long time, not immediately stop, must let the engine in no-load in low-speed operation after 15min to stop, and heat. Strictly control the locomotive starting temperature and increase the time of starting and feeding. It is possible to minimize the dry friction operation at the start of the diesel engine. Cleaning and maintenance to strengthen the oil filter, the crankcase ventilation device, according to the requirements to the timely replacement of filter; normal temperature control of the engine, to prevent the radiator boil; proper fuel, accurate adjustment of valve timing and ignition timing, prevent the engine abnormal combustion: timely check and adjust the working condition of crankshaft and bearing the. Regular analysis of oil iron spectrum, accurately determine the composition of abrasive particles and parts may occur wear, to avoid grinding tile burning shaft accident.
