The test and application after the instalation of the conveyor bearing
The instalation of the conveyor bearing must be done in dry and clean conditions. Before the instalation, we must check whether the outer track and retainer of the conveyor bearing have any quality problem, and make sure polishing the burr produced when not being processed subtly of the conveyor bearing with sand paper.
Then wash over the burr and sand in the conveyor bearing with kerosene or solvent detergent. And after drying it, we add grease into the conveyor bearing, thus we have finished the preparing work before the instalation.
Next we will adjust the clearance of the conveyor bearing, and after, we check the service behavior of the conveyor bearing´ work. We can use our hands to rotate the principle axis to finish the job.
But it is different and more complex to instal the conveyor bearing to the big machinery. It must start the machine to check whether the device runs normally after installing the conveyor bearing. At this time, the temprature of the conveyor bearing begins increacing, if the temprature continues increasing after the conveyor bearing runs for one hour, it explains that it exists problem in the instalation, we must stop running the machine and check it over. After excluding all the problems, we start the machine again, and after the rotate speed of the conveyor bearing achieving the rule for a while, if we find the temprature of the conveyor bearing stays stable, and do not appear noise, this shows that the conveyor bearing and the whole machine can run normally.
