The flexibility of the conveyor bearing
If the flexibility of the conveyor bearing is not good enough, reasons followed:
1. There are dirts entering into the conveyor bearing while riveting;
2. The pressure is too big while riveting, thus the retainer distorts;
3. The pressure that the retainer holds is not uniform, thus the retainer distorts;
4. The length and diameter of the rivets in the retainer are not suitable, thus the rivets distort ununiformly, which leads to distort the retainer.
5. The size of the ball socket is too large;
6. The radial clearance is too small while assembling;
7. The steel ball is too big, thus the conveyor bearing rotates unwell.
