The reasons for the damage of 204 conveyor roller bearing and how to deal with it
The front holder of the conveyor roller bearing could be injured frequently, the conveyor roller is installed on the front holder of the conveyor roller bearing, and it runs in the friction environment all the time. Though the angle of forerake is small, as practical observed, the damage of the conveyor roller bearing is twice of the conveyor roller installed on the front holder, and of course, the lifetime of conveyor roller is less than that of the conveyor roller bearing.
The methods to settle it is similar as that of self-aligning holder, adjusting the conveyor again in the running of no objects. We may not instal the front holder either, installing the guard conveyor roller on the fixed holder to prevent the machine from running deflected, thus the conveyor roller bearing may not be injured.
The reason for worn through of conveyor roller bearing because of distortion of the holder:
The choise of material is wrong or cheating on workmanship and materials, not achieving the designing request, the rigidity of holder is not enough, the resistance of conveyor roller bearing is too big or the distortion of holder because of the unexpected accidents. The conveyor roller and conveyor belt run unsynchronously, so the conveyor body and conveyor belt wear seriously.
