The application of idler roller bearing in the high speed bearings
In order to decrease the friction inside the idler roller bearing, and ensure the cooling effects, we can adjust the viscosity of lubrication grease appropriately according to the rise of speed of the idler roller bearing by adding oxygen into the lubrication grease.
It is a new way for the maintaining of the idler roller bearing by adding oxygen into the lubrication grease.
In the past, the way to lubricate the idler roller bearing we often used was oil bath and oil mist. This method is easily operated but with low flexibility, and it is only suitable for the middle or low speed idler roller bearing, while it performs badly when used in high speed idler roller bearing.
With the industrial development, the idler roller bearing with high rotate speed and good lubrication grease will be widely used.
