The modules of the conveyor idler bearing

The retainer of the conveyor idler bearing uses the flange assembling mould, the steel ball must rotate flexibly in the pocket of retainer, and meanwhile, we must make sure that the steel ball could not fall off from the pocket. We must check the movement value of the steel ball in the pocket. It would reduce the movement value if the retainer had been pressed too tightened, and if the strength between the connection of the retainer and embossment is strong, the conveyor idler bearing would drop out fragments which lead junk of the retainer.

For small conveyor idler bearing, the size of the base ring and axis ring differs very little. We usually use assistant tools to distinguish the base ring and axis ring. In order to check the inner size, we should put the base ring below and the axis ring above.

We must measure the height and load of the conveyor idler bearing to ensure it is qualified product, and rotate the conveyor idler bearing for several times.
