the lifetime of it

While installing the conveyor roller bearing, the most usually used methods are pressing-in with punch and hot charging. Before the installation, we should examine the size and processing status of all the components. And one thing, we should open the packaging only when we are going to use it for the installation.

During the installation, we use the dry ice as coolant in the installing environment, so the moisture in the air would coagulate to prevent the conveyor roller bearing from being wet. And generally speaking, we do not need to wash the conveyor roller bearing during the lubrication, unless lubricating the high-speed conveyor roller bearing.

It has a big effect on the precision, lifetime and feature of the conveyor roller bearing for whether the installation is correct. The department which is in charge of the installation should research the installing technology carefully. As the conveyor roller bearing may easily rust, it should not be left with no treatment after opening, unless it were with the antirust agent. So we use sleeve for the installation to prevent the conveyor roller bearing from rusting.
