Four major structures of hybrid bearings and attentions
1 ?deep and shallow cavity structure dynamic and static pressure bearings: suitable for high speed light load machine tool spindle, such as M1432 cylindrical grinding, MGA6025 tool grinding, etc..
2 ?hole type throttle, deep and shallow cavity dynamic and static pressure bearings: suitable for medium speed, in load spindle, such as MG1432 cylindrical grinding, MM7150 flat grinding, M1080 centerless grinding, roller grinding and so on.
3, pin type internal feedback dynamic and static pressure bearings: applicable to the load and speed range of machine tool spindle.
4, cone hydrostatic bearings: suitable for high-speed internal grinding head spindle system (such as 2110 internal grinding head), electric spindle and internal raceway grinder.
Notice of use
1, after a year of normal use, 2# spindle oil and coarse fine filter should be replaced.
2, the normal use of the pump to add oil to 3 layers of silk cloth to join.
3, spindle belt pulley, grinding wheel loading and unloading must be in the state of pumping station work. That is, the spindle is under the condition that the static oil floats. This does not damage the main shaft and the dynamic and static bearings.
4. Before grinding spindle, observe whether the pressure of pump station and the static pressure of grinding head are within the standard range.
5, equipment downtime, must first stop grinding head motor, until the grinding wheel stopped, then turn off the pump station, otherwise it is easy to damage the grinding head.
6, for any parts of pump station, you must first remove the high pressure oil inlet hose connector, replacing end parts, oil 15 - 20 minutes behind the self circulation can be connected into the tubing head, thus ensuring the spindle oil into the grinding head is finely filtered clean spindle oil. This can prolong the service life of the dynamic and static spindle. |
