The dimension and precision which are needed to check after installing the conveyor bearing
If the dimension and precision are bad, reasons followed:
1. Omitting to check the conveyor bearing in the previous process;
2. The environment temprature changes greatly after the instalation;
3. The temprature of the conveyor bearing and ferrule is not suitable;
4. The tools which detect the conveyor bearing are bad or not qualified.
It must be determined as unqulified conveyor bearing if the inner size of the conveyor bearing is too big, and the inside ring is obsoleted; And it can be dealt returned to the factory to become qualified goods if the inner size is small.
