The bad rotate precision of the pulley bearing
If the rotate precision of the pulley bearing is bad, reasons followed:
1. There are dirts or injuries in the surface path of the pulley bearing;
2. There exists injuries in the ferrule surface of the pulley bearing;
3. The diameter of the surface path has great changes;
4. The outside ring may distort or the steel ball´s surface may be injured in the instalation;
5. The diameter of the steel ball may be too big because too many balls being instaled;
6. The retainer distorts.
