with other bearings
Compared with other bearings, deep groove ball
bearing has smaller friction coefficient and higher limiting rotate
speed, it is more durable and universal with low noise and is easier to
install. And the lubrication grease is sealed in the deep groove ball bearing.
The sealed deep groove ball bearing could keep excellent balance between the
friction and movement with high quality lubrication grease.
Especially the sealing lip which is made of special fibre, is
suitable to be used in the state of running with high speed. This sealing lip
could lower the friction and calorific value of the deep groove ball bearing.
Deep groove ball bearing has simple structure, and it is easier to reach to a
higher manufacture precision compared with other bearings, so it is suitable
for volume-production. Together with low cost of production, deep groove ball
bearing is widely used in the conveyor idler bearing industry.
